Learn Mindfulness Meditation
Hi, I'm David Szabo. I call myself the Mindful Fly Fisherman. I teach mindfulness meditation to individuals, businesses and community organisations. I have helped numerous people including business owners, students, designers, CEOs, writers and more. I have the pleasure of witnessing people discover their dreams and navigate life in a more connected way, helping them embark on a childlike journey into the eternal present moment.
For seven years I had the pleasure of teaching fly fishing in the Yarra Valley, in Victoria, Australia. Just as I taught my clients how to read the river and look for where the trout live, I now teach people how to observe the river of life that flows within. The river within contains your dreams, your intuition, a deep capacity for love and connection and your deepest desires to make difference in the world. You may even walk into divine surprises as you observe the river of life flowing within, unlocking a new time of flow and joy in your life.
Mindfulness is observing the present moment, with loving kindness and without judgment. Mindfulness helps you to align with your heart as you fully embrace who you are. Mindfulness is an unforced rhythm that develops with practice.
